KERSHAW COUNTY, SC (WIS) - The Kershaw County Sheriff's Office said it's investigating a homicide, meth lab and indoor grow at a Lugoff mobile home Saturday afternoon.

Sheriff Jim Matthews said one woman was shot and killed. He added that they have two people in custody.

One deputy was taken to the hospital for exposure to meth, according to Sheriff Matthews. That deputy's condition is not known at this time. He went on to say several other deputies were decontaminated at the scene.

The sheriff's office is waiting for SLED and a HAZMAT crew to arrive on the scene. Sheriff Matthews said the environment is "toxic and volatile" inside the mobile home at this time.
