WALTERBORO, SC (WCSC) - Authorities say a man wanted for his role in a weekend shooting turned himself into the Walterboro Police Department on Wednesday morning.
According to Elizabeth Boineau, Public Relations Coordinator for Walterboro, 30-year-old Johnny Ray Ford surrendered to police around 10:30 a.m.
Ford was wanted for a shooting that injured two people early Sunday morning at the Comfort Zone Bar on East Washington Street in downtown Walterboro.
Both shooting victims are expected to fully recover.
Authorities say Ford is charged with two counts of attempted murder, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, discharging a firearm within city limits, and unlawful carrying of a pistol.
