MEGGETT, SC (WCSC) - Authorities arrested two more people Tuesday in connection with a fatal shooting in Charleston County.
The Charleston County Sheriff's Office arrested 19-year-old Travis Avon Milligan and 18-year-old Parrish Quantize Greene in connection with the shooting death of Trevor Wiggins in Meggett on June 17. Milligan and Greene have both been charged with accessory before the fact of murder.
Costello Avon Milligan, 17, turned himself over to police on June 18 and has been charged with murder after allegedly shooting and killing Wiggins.

According to an affidavit, Costello Milligan, Parish Greene and other people began an argument with Wiggins. Authorities say during the argument, Costello Milligan pulled out a gun and Greene told Milligan to shoot Wiggins. Investigators say Milligan then shot Wiggins.
Police reports state that Milligan confessed to shooting Wiggins and leaving the scene with his brother, Travis Milligan. Milligan also told police that while traveling to Johns Island, he threw the gun near Peter Millers Club on Highway 17.
