Bonneau woman killed in early morning car accident

BERKELEY COUNTY, SC (WCSC) - A fatal accident on Bethera Road has claimed the life of a woman early Sunday morning in Berkeley County.

According to the Berkeley County Coroner's Office, 30-year-old Beth Camilletti of Bonneau was driving west on Bethera Road when she ran off the right side of the road, crossed over and went off the road on the left side of the highway.

Camilletti's sedan overturned several times, struck a ditch and a tree. Investigators say she was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected out of the vehicle.

The coroner's office says Camilletti was pronounced dead on the scene and has ruled the death accidental.

This incident is under investigation with the Berkeley County Coroner's Office and SC Highway Patrol.
