St. George police say an argument led to a shooting in St. George on Monday night.
Officers have arrested Nathan Stevenson, 20, in connection with the shooting which happened on McClure Street. He is charged with attempted murder.
According to the incident report, Stevenson shot a 38-year-old man after an argument.
Police said the victim and Stevenson were yelling threats at one another while Stevenson was being apprehended.
Stevenson was taken to the Dorchester County Detention Facility.
The victim, who suffered a gunshot wound to the leg, was taken to MUSC.
