Man wanted for assault surrenders to police after seeing himself on TV

Authorities say a man wanted for assault and battery surrendered to police after he saw himself on TV.

The Charleston County Sheriff's Office says Robert Sean Skipper turned himself over to police after he saw himself on Live 5's Most Wanted segment last Thursday.

Skipper, 36, was wanted on charges of assault and battery third degree in connection with an incident back in February.

Investigators say Skipper followed his ex-girlfriend's husband from Myrtle Beach to McClellanville, pulled a knife out and assaulted him.
