Suspects arrested after selling $30,000 in stolen jewelry

WILLIAMSBURG COUNTY, SC - Police have arrested two men accused in a series of home burglaries after the suspects attempted to sell $30,000 worth of stolen jewelry.

Christopher Hannah and Dominique Sprague are both charged with second-degree burglary and are being held at the Williamsburg County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing.

Police say the suspects broke into two homes near East Andrews Street in Hemingway on Sunday while the homeowners were in church.

According to investigators, the two suspects were later caught trying to sell the $30,000 worth of jewelry that was stolen from the homes.

Two juveniles were also arrested.
