Authorities offering $10k reward for information on post office robbery

CHARLESTON COUNTY, SC (WCSC) - The U.S. Postal Inspection service is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of two people who robbed a post office.

Authorities say two men robbed the Adams Run post office on 5190 Highway 174 on the morning of August 17.

Upon arrival at the business, deputies were told two men entered the post office with one holding a gun and demanding money. Both left after taking money. Investigators say one of the suspects fire a round at the ground as they left the area. The two left in an unknown model vehicle

The first suspect is described as a black male, early 20's, 5'10", 200 pounds, medium build and last seen wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt with a hood over his face and a dark bandana covering his face.

Police describe the second suspect as a black male, early 20's, 6-foot, 175 pounds, slim build and seen last wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt.
