(CNN) - Another day, another Apple rumor.
If you're waiting for iPhone 5, you won't have to wait long.
According to AllThingsD, a Wall Street Journal blog, iPhone 5 will hit the shelves on Oct. 15.
AllThingsD also expects Tim Cook, Apple's new CEO, to handle most of the announcement. Cook took over leadership of the company after its iconic co-founder, Steve Jobs, stepped down after going on medical leave.
A version of the iPhone 5 was reportedly found in a San Francisco bar earlier this summer, according to the tech site CNET, but few details about the phone's hardware are certain.
