MOUNT PLEASANT, SC (WCSC) - A luxury yacht is still waiting out some bad weather Friday near the Ravenel Bridge in the Charleston Harbor.

Despite several rumors by some Charleston area radio stations Friday, actor Will Smith is not on board the yacht.

Patriots Point officials had reported Thursday that the yacht "SeaFair" had run aground in the area between the Yorktown and Ravenel Bridge. According to the Coast Guard, the yacht is staying in the area until the weather off shore gets better.

SeaFair is the fourth largest privately owned yacht in the United States, according to its website. The yacht hosts events in cities along the eastern seaboard featuring international fine art, jewelry and collectables with harbor view dining and special events.

The $40 million yacht was designed by yacht designer Luiz De Basto. It is 228 feet and 2,800 international tons. It only requires a draft of 6 1/2 feet which allows it to dock at small yacht facilities in central city locations rather than use commercial ports.

The first deck features a formal entry, 10 individual exhibit spaces and a coffee bar. The second deck features 12 exhibit spaces and the Luxe Lounge, an open-air champagne and caviar lounge on the aft deck.

The third deck has six exhibit spaces and Sapore', a formal glass-walled restaurant. The sky deck contains Bistro360, an informal open-air restaurant and Bar360, a cocktail reception area.
