Most Wanted suspect recognized, located in jail

Probation and Parole agents located a most wanted suspect already in the corrections system after a viewer recognized him on TV.

Dorchester County probation and parole agents located 20-year old Pierre Carr in the Dorchester County Detention on separate charges. He had been in jail since Oct. 4.

Carr was a most wanted suspect after agents say he violated his youthful offender parole following a conviction for burglary second degree.

"He was sentenced to shock incarceration which is like a boot camp in prison," said agent in charge Micky Talley.

Carr was placed on youthful offender parole, but failed to follow the rules.

"He had a hearing set up for failure to show up, failure for treatment, to comply with treatment," Talley said.

Carr hadn't been seen by parole agents since May of this year.

His victim was a woman who went off to fight the war on terror.

"Her house was broken into and all her family possessions were taken, clothing, toys, money," Talley said.
