Fourth suspect arrested in Orangeburg fuel theft

ORANGEBURG COUNTY, SC (WCSC) - The Orangeburg County Sheriff's Office arrested a fourth suspect accused of stealing fuel from a gas station.

Deputies arrested 40-year-old Clarence Risher and charged him with stealing approximately 300 gallons of premium gasoline from Quick Pantry #6 on Five Chop Road on Oct. 7. Risher is out on a $10,000 PR bond.

Risher is the fourth suspect arrested for this incident along with Bobby Myron Brown, Tommy Thomas and Michael Vogt.

Authorities are still looking for a fifth suspect, Dianna Benton.
