Graham participates in talk on global engagement

CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) - U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham is gathering with top military leaders to talk about how U.S. global engagement affects South Carolina families.

The South Carolina Republican is at The Citadel in Charleston on Sunday for a discussion with retired Gen. James Cartwright, former vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs, and Marco Cavazzoni, general manager of the Boeing 787 final assembly plant in North Charleston.

Tony Beam, host of Christian Worldview Today, is also participating in the event.

Organizers of the event say one in five jobs in South Carolina depends on trade.
