Surveillance pictures released of Dollar General armed robbery

WEST ASHLEY, SC (WCSC) -

The Charleston County Sheriff's Office has released surveillance pictures of a man wanted for an armed robbery at a Dollar General store in West Ashley.

On Nov. 18, around 9:08 p.m. authorities responded to a report of an armed robbery at the Dollar General at 2346 Ashley River Road. 

According to investigators, the suspect entered the store with a black revolver then left the location with an undetermined amount of money.

The suspect is described as a light skinned black male, 6-foot, 180 to 200 lbs, wearing a green or grey heavy coat, grey hoodie, black ski mask, black pants and shoes.
