COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) - Forget the "Fun-n-Gun." Steve Spurrier's learned to love South Carolina's "Ground & Pound" offense.

Spurrier and the 14th-ranked Gamecocks have used a solid run game and stifling defense to keep winning despite losing 2 of its big three offensive players since the season began. South Carolina beat rival Clemson 34-13 on Saturday night to reach 10 victories for the first time since 1984 and only the second time in history.

South Carolina rushed for 210 yards, the fourth time in the past five games it has gone over 200 yards on the ground. Quarterback Connor Shaw led the way with 107 yards.

Spurrier dominated the SEC with his frenzied passing attacks at Florida during the 1990s. He's just as giddy about his latest mode of success.
