Goudelock Signs With Lakers

LOS ANGELES, CA -

The Lakers signed rookie guard Andrew Goudelock it was announced on Monday. Per team policy, terms of the agreement were not released.

Goudelock, selected by the Lakers in the second round (46th overall) of the 2011 NBA Draft, appeared in 140 games (124 starts) in four seasons at the College of Charleston, averaging 18.4 points, 3.3 rebounds and 3.0 assists.

The all-time leading scorer in College of Charleston history (2,571) and third all-time in Southern Conference history, Goudelock became the 62nd player in NCAA Division I men's basketball history to record 2,500 career points and ranks 39th all-time in career scoring. As a senior, he averaged 23.7 points, ranking fourth nationally among NCAA Division I scoring leaders while earning All-America honorable mention honors from The Associated Press.
