Suspects surrender for Georgetown armed robbery

GEORGETOWN, SC (WCSC) -

Two men wanted for an armed robbery at Pawley's Plantation in Georgetown surrendered to authorities on Monday.

The Georgetown County Sheriff's Office says 26-year-old Jeremy Lavester Holden and 19-year-old Darnell Michael Simmons turned themselves in to authorities around 12 p.m.

Both were wanted in connection with an armed robbery that happened at the entrance of Pawley's Plantation on Friday.

The victim says three men robbed him while he waited for a friend. Michael Lee, 24, was also arrested for the robbery.
