Authorities looking for Summerville bank robbery suspect

SUMMERVILLE, SC (WCSC) - Authorities are looking for the man they say robbed NBSC bank Thursday afternoon on Main Street in Summerville. Police released surveillance photos of the suspect.

Summerville police say a man entered the bank around 2:15 p.m. with a note demanding cash from the teller. The suspect fled the business with an undetermined amount of cash. No one was injured.

The suspect is described as a white male between 40 to 50 years old. He weighs between 140 and 155 pounds and has brown hair, a mustache and a slight beard.

He was wearing a dark colored cloth baseball hat, a black pull over jacket with a white design on the left chest, blue jeans and dark colored shoes.

The suspect also had a dark colored tablet case that zips in his possession.
