MOUNT PLEASANT (WCSC) - Police say a partially-smoked marijuana cigarette was discovered in the faculty restroom of Gateway Academy in Mount Pleasant earlier this month.

An administrator at the preschool called Mt. Pleasant Police Department on the morning of December 16 after finding a burned, brown-paper cigarette in the teachers' restroom. Police say the cigarette tested positive for marijuana.

The administrator told police she didn't know who the cigarette belonged to. The marijuana was taken into evidence.
