CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - Charleston police are investigating a burglary after two men allegedly forced their way into a home early Friday morning, tied up two victims and ransacked the house.
Police officers responded to Rosemont Street just after midnight for a burglary in progress. One of the victims told police that two men entered the residence, tied he and a female victim up with duct tape and then ransacked the house.
The victim said that at midnight, the suspects knocked on the door and when the female victim asked who it was, they forced their way into the home.
They threw the male victim to the ground and brought the two victims to the back of the house and tied them up.
Police are still investigating the incident.
