North Charleston firefighters are trying to figure out what caused a fire at a business in the 4600 block of Rivers Avenue.

Sullivans Island town council will talk about the issue of building a new school. Town leaders will talk about the proposed size of the new school, which according to the historic Charleston Foundation, seems inappropriate for the character and context of Sullivans Island. Tonight's meeting starts at 6pm.
