Fallen tree caused James Island power outage

JAMES ISLAND, SC (WCSC) - A tree fell on a power line early Wednesday morning, causing a power outage for 1,200 people on James Island.

Power went out around 6 a.m. Wednesday and was restored just before 7 a.m.

According to SCE&G, a tree fell on a power line causing the power outage for about 1,200 homes in the Harbor View and Fort Johnson Road areas.
