3 arrested after meth lab bust in Summerville

SUMMERVILLE, SC (WCSC) - Three people are behind bars after Berkeley County sheriff's deputies arrested them for allegedly running a meth lab out of a trailer in Summerville.

Investigators with the Berkeley County Sheriff's Office discovered a large meth lab Wednesday on Royale Road in Summerville. Spokesman Dan Moon said deputies arrested the suspects at a home near Christie's Mobile Home Park.

Two men, ages 57 and 42, and one 26-year-old woman were operating the lab off Royle Road, deputies say.

The sheriffs office says the meth lab wasn't being used when they made the arrest Wednesday afternoon.
