Three Goose Creek High School players inked deals with college football programs Wednesday morning to kick off National Signing Day.
Linebacker TJ Burrell signed with Clemson, while teammate Virgil Smalls committed to South Carolina State and Jaquan Marsh signed with Brevard College.
All three signees helped lead Goose Creek to its first ever state title when the Gators beat Greenwood 37-21.
Burrell had 110 tackles, four sacks, 15 tackles for a loss and two safeties in 2011. He also blocked two punts on special teams.
Smalls, a running back, rushed for over 900 yards and had 21 touchdowns last season.
Marsh threw for over 900 yards and 10 TDs and also rushed for 780 yards and nine touchdowns.
