The Orangeburg County Sheriff's Office charged 29-year-old Shelton Richardson and 28-year-old Anthony Romaris Holman with possession with intent to distribute drugs near a school.

Officers say they seized 15.2 grams of cocaine and 42.5 grams of crack cocaine at Richardson's home on Magnolia Street. A report states that officers also located two clear plastic bags containing a rock like substance and one bag with a powder like substance believed to be cocaine.

Investigators say Richardson made statements that the cocaine and crack cocaine belonged to him.
