Deputies catch third Colleton County most wanted suspect

COLLETON COUNTY, SC (WCSC) - Another one of Colleton County's Most Wanted is behind bars Thursday morning.

Tasha Memminger was arrested just before midnight Wednesday by Greenville County sheriff's deputies. Colleton County deputies will head to the upstate to pick her up Thursday.

Memminger is facing four charges of failing to appear in court.

The Colleton County Sheriff's Office says she has been on the run ever since she was released on bond for several fraudulent check warrants.

Memminger was recently listed among Colleton County's "10 Most Wanted" suspects. Two other most wanted suspects were caught earlier this week.

Deputies arrested two convicted sex offenders earlier this in Walterboro for failing to register for the second time and for violating probation.

Joseph Duncan, 35, was arrested on Tuesday night at a home on Allie Lane and 58-year-old William Howard Raynor was taken into custody Wednesday morning near the corner of Oswald Street and Lemon Road.

Duncan was convicted of sexually assaulting a 6-year-old victim and Raynor was convicted of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old victim.
