3 injured after Moncks Corner wreck

MONCKS CORNER, SC (WCSC) -

Three people were taken to the hospital Wednesday morning after a wreck on Highway 52 in Moncks Corner.

South Carolina Highway Patrol says the wreck occurred around 9:30 a.m. and at least one person was entrapped. The wreck happened on Highway 52 at Old 52.

According to LowcountryFireNews.com, two people were taken to MUSC and one was taken to Trident Medical Center. One of the cars involved in the wreck was a Nissan Altima.

Motorists should expect delays in that area.

    One woman is dead after being involved in a traffic accident in North Charleston on Saturday morning.
