CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - The Cooper River Bridge Run has sold out of $40 entries into one of the Lowcountry's most popular events.
Organizers announced the sell out at 3 p.m. Thursday on the Bridge Run Facebook page. So far, 43,000 runners have signed up for the 10-K race. The sell out is the fastest in the event's 35-year history.
There are still 1,200 charity bibs available for those still looking to enter and race for a cause. Those bobs cost $150.
