North Charleston mayor cooks for charity

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP/WCSC) - North Charleston Mayor Keith Summey is used to serving his constituents, and on Friday morning, he served them breakfast.

Summey scrambled some eggs and flipped pancakes for a free breakfast to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Breakfast was served at Cork Neighborhood Bistro in Park Circle.

While the breakfast was free, donations were accepted.  Summey announced they raised over $1,700 at the breakfast.
