GREENVILLE, SC (WYFF/CNN) - Customers at the Best Buy in South Carolina got an eye full of pornography after they looked at one on the TV screens.

"We do know that it was at it was least one or two families and some children, not to mention the Best Buy employees," said Alia Urps, Greenville Police Department.

Police released these surveillance images of the man they believed was responsible. They say the TV images showed up on had Wi-Fi, and the man was able to use a signal from a tablet computer to stream the video to the television.

Police say the Robert Matthew Holden turned himself in on Thursday after seeing himself on TV. He has been charged with disorderly conduct. Police say he told them it was a prank.

"I don't know if people realize that something like that could be considered a criminal act, but it is. And we do take it very seriously," Urps said.

If convicted, police say Holden will not go on the sex offender registry because disorderly conduct is not a crime.

"It's not something that's funny, especially when there are children involved. Innocent bystanders that may not want to view that kind of material," Urps said.
