Murder suspect killed outside of Lancaster club

LANCASTER, S.C. (AP) - The Lancaster County Sheriff says he is frustrated that no one is coming forward with information about who killed a man who was out on bail for a murder charge.

Investigators said 25-year-old Jonathan Reid was found shot outside a Lancaster nightclub around 11 p.m. Friday. A second man, 30-year-old Azor Cloud, was also killed.

Reid was released on bond on March 1 after spending nearly two years in jail awaiting a murder trial for the death of a man shot in his car with an infant in the backseat. The car crashed, but the baby was not injured.

Sheriff Barry Faile says there were numerous people in the nightclub, but no one has been willing to tell investigators what happened. His says his deputies are following other leads.
