Two suspects wanted in connection to a Murrels Inlet home invasion are on the run Thursday morning.
According to the Georgetown County Sheriff's Office, the home invasion happened around 9 p.m. Wednesday at a home on Hammock Avenue.
Deputies say two men wearing dark masks and armed with what appeared to be a handgun, forced their way into the victim's home.
The suspects entered the home through the back door and demanded money from the victim. When the victim told them she didn't have any money, deputies say the suspects fled through the back door.
No one was injured.
