Summerville man arrested for selling meth near school

SUMMERVILLE, SC (WCSC) - Investigators have arrested a 33-year-old Summerville man accused of selling meth near a school.

The Berkeley County Sheriff's Office charged Raymond Scavio with possession with intent to distribute meth, possession with intent to distribute meth within ½ mile of a school and manufacturing meth.

Scavio was taken into custody at on Harold Drive on Tuesday after being found in possession of several clear plastic bags containing approximately 4.5 grams of methamphetamine.
