MT. PLEASANT, SC (WCSC) - The father of the Mt. Pleasant woman killed last summer in a tragic accident at a West Virginia music festival is asking a federal judge for permission to add another defendant to the lawsuit.

Last July, Nicole Miller, a 2010 Wando High School graduate, was killed and two of her friends were injured after an unoccupied truck slid down a hill into the tent where they were sleeping at the All Good Music Festival in Masontown.

The woman's father, Kim Miller, wants to add California-based Tobin Productions to the lawsuit, as he says they were hired as the Site Operations Manager for the event.

As of Monday, the lawsuit targets the driver of the truck, Clay Lewin, and security and parking companies associated with the event.

No criminal charges have been filed in the case.
