Sumter man charged with peeping at tanning salon

SUMTER, S.C. (AP) - An employee at a salon in Sumter has been arrested and accused of photographing women at the tanning beds.

Nineteen-year-old Robert Glenn Rodgers Jr. of Mayesville was charged with two counts of voyeurism.

The arrest came after two women said they were being watched as they finished sessions.

A 31-year-old woman said she saw a camera or cell phone on top of a divider separating the tanning bed from the main lobby. 1 of the woman's friends said she saw Rodgers standing near the camera Tuesday.

A 41-year-old woman told detectives the same thing happened to her Monday.

It was not clear if Rodgers has an attorney.
