Louis ReVille starts 50-year sentence, moved to Columbia center

CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - Child sex predator Louis "Skip" ReVille has now started serving his 50-year sentence. On Thursday, ReVille was transferred from the Charleston County jail to the Kirkland reception and evaluation center in Columbia.

Department of Corrections officials say he'll be there for about 30 days undergoing a medical evaluation and several tests before his final placement, which is yet to be determined.

On Wednesday, ReVille pleaded guilty to 22 counts of child molestation against more than 20 victims in the Tri-county area.
