CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - Police are on the lookout for an armed robbery suspect who robbed the victim under an overpass near downtown Thursday afternoon.
According to the Charleston Police Department, the armed robbery happened around 5 p.m. under the overpass near Pointsette Street.
Charles Francis with CPD says that the suspect had a knife and no one was injured.
Investigators describe the suspect as a black male with cropped hair, muscular build, a round face, 6'1", 240 pounds and wearing a red shirt and riding a white bicycle.
