Sheriff's office seek identity of 2 in connection to Lowcountry crimes

CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) -

The Charleston County Sheriff's Office have released two sets of photographs in hopes that the public can help them identify the people in the pictures.

The first photographs are of a person of interest in connection with the June 14 armed robbery of the Circle K convenience store on 2407 Ashley River Road.

Investigators say the unidentified person enters and departs the store minutes before the actual armed robbery.

The suspect in the robbery is still being sought and is described as a black male, 6-foot tall, wearing a knit hat and a scarf.

In the second series of photographs, the unknown suspect entered the Subway on 3750 Savannah Hwy on June 14 around 12:45 a.m. in a burglary.

Anyone with information as to the identity of either person in the photographs and or their location is asked to contact Detective C. Moyer-Smith at 843-308-7313, the Charleston County Sheriff's Office at 843-202-1700 or Crime Stoppers at 843-554-1111.
