GEORGETOWN, SC (WCSC) -

The Georgetown Police Department says all four lanes of Fraser Street will be open to traffic for the July 4 holiday.

Officials had shut down a number of lanes on the street as crews worked on a drainage project.

The South Carolina Department of Transportation opened all lanes Thursday afternoon.

Crews hope to have the project complete by August or September.
