Attorneys representing student want Louis ReVille counseling records

CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - Attorneys representing a former Pinewood Prep student, who is suing the private school, want records from counseling sessions with Louis ReVille.

A court hearing on Tuesday for records dating back to 1996 was postponed.

Lawyers for the student say the school and its former headmaster helped cover up ReVille's crimes. The school has denied those allegations.

ReVille pleaded guilty last month to molesting more than 20 boys in the Charleston area.

ReVille has begun serving a 50 year prison sentence.
