Most Wanted: Richard Lee Cattles arrested

CHARLESTON COUNTY, SC (WCSC) - Police have arrested 44-year-old Richard Lee Cattles.
Police say Cattles, a convicted sex offender, was arrested Thursday night for failing to appear in court.
"Mr. Cattles was being taken to general sessions court for a probation violation. He was given due notice to attend this probation violation hearing and Mr. Cattles simply did not appear," said Agent Mitchell Ray.
Ray said he was concerned that a wanted sex offender is on the run.
"The public should be made aware that he is out there, that he is not in compliance."
