Police: Man shot victim 3 times in fight over car repairs

CHARLESTON (WCSC) - Charleston Police says a man is in the hospital and another arrested after an argument got physical Friday night in the 1800 block of Clement's Ferry Road.

According to police, a fight broke out between two men over vehicle repairs. One of them men involved in the fight, 23-year-old Bernard Aaron Green, shot the victim three times.

The victim was taken to Roper Hospital in Mount Pleasant by an acquaintance, but was later transported by EMS to MUSC with non-life threatening injuries.

Officers arrested Green and charged him with assault and battery of a high an aggravated nature and possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime.
