WEST ASHLEY, SC (WCSC) - Police have charged a West Ashley teen in connection with a May burglary which happened in a neighborhood off Bees Ferry Road.
Charleston police spokesman Charles Francis said 17-year-old Abraham E. Jenkins, of Wedgefield Road, was charged with burglary second degree.
Police say Jenkins broke into a home on Bent Hickory Road on May 21 and stole money and electronic equipment. The neighborhood is just west of the Shadowmoss Plantation Golf Club.
The investigation is ongoing, police added.
