Air India set to pick up Boeing 787 Dreamliners on Friday

NORTH CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - Air India may pick up its Dreamliners on Friday in North Charleston, according to a report on the blog All Things 787.

According to the report, the plane is expected to head to New Delhi on Saturday.

A Boeing spokeswoman would not confirm this information. The first Dreamliner built in North Charleston was originally scheduled to be delivered to Air India in June.

That delivery was delayed because of political and business conflicts between Air India and Boeing.
