FRIDAY 

Hanahan 47,  Military Magnet 16 - The Hawks start the season moving to 1-0. 

Cross 16, Kingstree 8 - The 1A Trojans (1-0) knock off the AA Jaguars as Divontae Shepherd ran for 89 yards on 13 carries, and teammate Olin Pinckney added 82 yards on 11 carries.  Dionte Evans scored on a 31-yard touchdown run.

Dorchester Academy 41,  Trinity Burns 32 - The Raiders (1-0) light up the scoreboard to start 2012 with a victory

Colleton Prep 35  Dillon Christian 0 - LeRoy Riley (former head coach at Colleton County) gets a win in his first game as the Warhawks' (1-0) Head Coach. 

SATURDAY

Wando 20  James Island 19 - The Warriors (1-0) got out to a 17-0 lead and held on for a 1 point win. The Trojans (0-1) actually outgained Wando 309 yards to 275 but it wasn't enough. 

Academic Magnet 52  Lincoln 6 - The Raptors scored the most points in school history to start the season 1-0. 

Baptist Hill 36  Bowman Academy 6 - Dejan Gadson got the last minute start at quarterback and impressed the coaches going 11-19 for 195 yards and 3 TD's in the Bobcats' (1-0) win. Dakota Holmes rushed for 121 yards and 2 TD's and De'angelo Frasier caught 2 TD's in the victory. 

Timberland 23  Manning 22 - The Wolves (1-0) scored with just over one minute to go in the 4th quarter to escape their season opener with a one-point victory. 

St. John's 68  North Charleston 20 - The Islanders (1-0) pile up the points on the Cougars (0-1) in RaShan Frost's head coaching debut at North Charleston.
