Man charged after meth lab found in Goose Creek home

GOOSE CREEK, SC (WCSC) - Authorities arrested a 32-year-old man Wednesday morning after executing a search warrant and finding evidence of a meth lab in Goose Creek.

Captain John Grainger with the Goose Creek Police Department said they and the Charleston DEA Task Force served a search warrant at 105 Edmund Road around 9:30 a.m., located off Red Bank Road.

Grainger said evidence of a meth lab was found during the search, and as a result, Brian Keith Hill was charged with attempting to manufacture methamphetamine and two counts of disposing of methamphetamine waste.

The scene was secured and there was no immediate danger posed to the surrounding residences, he added.

Hill was taken to the Hill-Finklea Detention Center for processing.
