LADY'S ISLAND, SC (WTOC)- Police have arrested one suspect and are continuing to search for a second man in connection with Thursday afternoon's shooting that left a Lady's Island man dead.
Brandon Adron Singleton, 28, was arrested outside a home on Keans Neck Rd. He has been charged with one count of kidnapping in connection with the shooting incident that led to the death of Quantize Greet, 21. Greer was shot and killed during a drug deal at a home in Taylor's mobile home park.
Authorities responded just after 2:15 p.m. Thursday to a report of a gunshot victim outside the residence at lot #60 in the mobile home park. Deputies found Greer, who was suffering from a gunshot wound, when they arrived. He was transported to Beaufort Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Investigator have identified a second person of interest, Walter Travoy Tucker, aka Oowee, 28. He is wanted for questioning in relation to the shooting. Tucker's last known place of residence is in Florida but he is also known to have ties in North Carolina and Georgia. He is also wanted on unrelated charges in Georgia and should be considered armed and dangerous.
