CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - Police say a 31-year-old man was arrested on drug dealing charges after he was found trespassing at an apartment complex.
The Charleston Police Department charged Timothy W. McCall with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, unlawful carrying of a handgun and trespassing.
A police officer says he was patrolling the Bridgeview Village apartments around 12:05 a.m. on Saturday when he saw McCall, who the officer knows is on trespass notice for the complex.
A police report states McCall fled through a breezeway when the officer approached him.
According to authorities, McCAll then attempted to enter an apartment, but was caught by the officer.
Investigators say McCall was found with a handgun and 16 grams of marijuana.
