Sheriff: 6 charged after meth labs found in Ladson, Goose Creek

BERKELEY COUNTY, SC (WCSC) -

Deputies with the Berkeley County Sheriff's Office arrested six people this week after finding meth labs in Goose Creek and Ladson.

Spokesman Dan Moon said deputies found numerous methamphetamine-making materials at a home in the 1000 block of Royle Road in Ladson Thursday and arrested 20-year-old Megan Davies, 50-year-old Marlene LeClair, 32-year-old Marlon Shamblin, and 24-year-old Jacques Waite.

They are all charged with attempting to manufacture methamphetamine.

On Wednesday, Moon said deputies also found methamphetamine-manufacturing components at a residence on Raritan Road in Goose Creek and arrested 44-year-old Christopher Keen and 32-year-old Andrea Marcum.

They are also charged with attempting to manufacture methamphetamine.
