Police say the first incident happened on Feb. 10, when a woman reported her wallet stolen from the Wild Wing Café on Coleman Boulevard. A short time later, investigators said Love was captured on surveillance video using the victim's credit cards.

The next incident happened on April 7, when police say Love and an accomplice walked into the Michael's on Highway 17 North and filled a shopping cart full of fake plants and planters before walking out of the store.

Then, on July 18, police say Love and an accomplice walked into Lowe's off Highway 17 and attempted to steal electric thermometers, but were caught by an employee.

Gragg said Love bit the employee on both arms before she and her accomplice ran from the scene.
